At So Charming we want all of our customers to be happy with the items they've purchased. Please take time to read our Terms and Conditions and please feel free to ask questions. We're here to help and answer questions as quickly and clearly as possible. Items must be returned within 7 working days beginning the day after you receive your order. The items must be in their original packaging in a resaleable condition, unused and unworn with all tags etc intact. Dogeared jewellery must not be removed from its presentation card. We cannot for reasons of hygiene offer refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings. We will not refund International postage costs. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. If we are asked to order an item for you from any of our suppliers, please note that we cannot offer a refund.
You must notify us before you return your item, failure to do so may result in So Charming sending the goods back to you - it's important that we know you're returning your purchase. Please fill out our Returns Form on our website if you would like to return an item. Items without an RMA will be refused. Please mark your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel so that we may easily identify your return. Your return must be posted back to us within 7 calendar days of your RMA number being issued. We reserve the right to refuse your return after this time period.

When you return an item to us please ensure that you have provided sufficient insurance as you are liable financially for that item until it reaches us. So Charming offers free returns in the UK. We will refund you the equivalent value of Royal Mail first class postage (currently .90p) when returning your item. Any additional insurance costs must be borne by you.
We are not responsible for delivery times or delays within the postal service. We always send parcels that can be tracked through Royal Mail or one of our chosen couriers. If you have any problems with your delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we are more than happy to help you in anyway we can.
Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in their original packaging. Please state the fault discovered. We will either at our discretion, refund in full, or replace the item. If the item is deemed faulty we will refund your return postage costs.
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to do this, or if goods have been signed for as received in good condition, we may not be able to offer a refund.
We will contact you in the event that we decide to reject your return request.

If orders are considered by us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period of time has elapsed, we shall at our discretion either refund or resend the order.
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
